At Heartfire Creations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund information below.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, including ebooks and downloadable files, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has been purchased.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Physical products

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or is otherwise not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the item so we can assist you.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
